How to use CBD (Cannabidiol)
CBD oil comes in liquid form, mixed with organic oils and is perfectly suited for oral use (sublingual administration).

CBD Oil in drops
Always shake the oil before use to homogenise the product and keep it at the same smooth consistency. You can use our dosage calculator to find out the recommended amount based on your weight and the percentage of CBD in the product.
Using CBD Oil
Place the drops under the tongue. Keep the oil in your mouth for 2 to 3 minutes without swallowing to improve sublingual absorption. In case you find the taste too bitter, you can put some natural yoghurt or chocolate under the tongue before dropping the drops.
Absorption of CBD
Sublingual absorption can take up to 30 minutes to take effect and the effect can be prolonged for 6 to 10 hours. Unlike the inhaled or vapourised route where the effect is faster but lasts a maximum of 4 hours.
